We had disco parties somewhere very close outside every night, which was quite annoying.. It's impossible to park near the hotel, so we left the car at https://nfm.parkujesz.pl/ - just 30zl per night, but it's 700m away from the hotel.

Very spacious & clean rooms with a large bathtub & comfy beds. The location is superb, right in the center of the old city. The crib was provided as requested. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly!

The bed is very soft and the pillows are not comfortable. The cleaner needs to clean under the toaster and microwave.

The location of the apartment is great. Right in the centre of the old town yet very quiet. Stairs to level one which were easy with big bags. Easy to use public transport to the central station and to the bus station. The kitchen is equipped to cook but we only did breakfast due to the number of restaurants and cafes available.

Room was a bit small, perhaps it was once a single. One side of bed up against the wall. Only one bedside light so had to use torch on mobile phone to read. No electricity sockets by the bed. Duvet was not big enough for bed as it didn't drop down the sides of bed at all. Mirror needed by window for natural light.

Seemed like a refurbished room and was very clean. Lovely building that was well maintained. Asked reception for an extra duvet and it was there in our room waiting for us on our return. Room had air conditioning. Clean towels mid week.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly and made my stay comfortable. The location was perfect - in the city centre.

Unfortunately we had some incredibly noisy neighbours who returned to the hotel on at 3.20am. It was through this we discovered how thin the walls were between our rooms.....

The location of the hotel is amazing - right by all the main sights and within walking distance of the old town. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the hotel which is clearly under development - a fabulous children's area appeared in the time we were there. Breakfast was delicious and the lady serving was super friendly and helpful.

Bed was not very comfortable. It was against a wall so not very accessible for a double bed. There was no bedside table to put a phone, glass of water on etc. (Having said all that, the hotel was clearly in the middle of a major refurbishment, so some features may change.)

Noise from other rooms and street. Strange location of the table, so it was a bit uncomfortable to use roller blinds, radiator and the kettle (the outlet was very close)

the aircon was not working in both rooms and windows are not the kind you can open. Therefore it was a bit hot and no air.

It's issues were that the duvet wasn't wide enough for the bed so mean someone often got could. Having a big window into where people went past. Letting light into the room when asleep from that corridor.

Room was a great size and lovely to look at in terms of decor. Location was great as just outside square so was quiet but really close to the main areas. The breakfast was great but maybe expensive for Poland;s normal prices but cheap for UK.

The hotel in undergoing a refurbishment, which caused a little bit of chaos and noise, however the staff were apologetic and gave us instructions on how to navigate through the corridors.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provided additional pillows upon request, booked taxis for us and we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out.

The pillows were far not comfortable, we asked for a change and they gave us new ones which were better but still below the average. It was quite noisy in the night - first of all, the hotel is close to bars and pubs and there is also a small but busy street just in front of the hotel - some drivers were testing the speed limit of their cars in the middle of the night.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the old town - literally 5 minutes away from the main attractions. The room was ok, good view to the Cathedral in front, bathroom and toilet were separated. There is an option for adding breakfast but we did not take it. The price was very good but I believe the reason for that were the renovations works that were taking place in the lobby of the hotel.

No shelves in the shower room

Location was great, 2 mins from the square. Breakfast was fantastic, the pancakes were amazing. It was great value for money. I would 100% stay here again.
