Terrible renta from noclegiRenters.pl Its very big company with very big surprises. What did I get from: The result was a lot of loss of health, a lot of strength, a lot of nerves.I spent almost 12h at the freezer. I cried for several hours. I spent a lot of money on a taxis. I lost a lot of time and let down the people with whom I should have resolved my issues. And all this in order to end up in an apartment that is unnecessary for me. and that's all, because the company was only concerned that the apartments they would offer in return would not exceed the price of the first apartment. There was no talk of any compensation for the 12 hours of nightmare from unchecked apartments and my losses And this situation could have easily been avoided by simply back the money in a timely manner. I started checking in at 3 pm and actually arrived after 4 am. and I didn't have even the door code.

How was my terrible renta 3.30 pm i have check in and this flat very frozen It’s really warmer outside, but there are frozen walls, floor and high humidity, the air is icy. I sent massage about it to company and i asked about cancel (and booking.com asked about cancel too tried help me) but company gave a categorical refusal back my money and they said me wait wait and wait .. 6.40 pm technician come he long time try do everything but said not fix They give me other flat not ok for me but i don't have variation more because its deep evening already 9pm second flat check in. I have wrong code from main door (it is doesn't work i call to company again for ask right code.) And this flat very frozen too. this flat don't have batteries but smart home system and i think need more time for warm up and waiting. But later i see t° is the same. heating of second flat doesn't work also. I call to company again this is deep night already. Administration is sleep there is just call center (thank you to call center for not leave me and answering my calls so late.) But they can do not so much (Very thanks to the operator Maya because she really trying to help me 🙏) result: 4am deep night Im standing next to the main door of another building, which is very far away. And have wrong code again. And operator said me i need try to find the right combination because new lock has different symbols.I'm standing on the street at 4 am in the morning and trying to guess the code. My flat at basement. It's just a choice to sleep in a frozen apartment or here. I wrote to the company 3 days asking code of the door. There are a lot of employees in the company, there is no direct communication rent in different cities call center in Warsaw. and no one is interested in the result.

Positive section of review
Location is perferct - while it is not directly at the beach and promenade, you can get there in two minutes. At the same time, there are grocery and other stores within one hundred meters. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped, with a terrace and terrace chairs. I would certainly recommend the aparment, as well as the city as a whole.

Not strictly a negative, but it was not mentioned in the apartment description - the parking space is in a separate building 200 meters away (but it is still possible to stop right in front of the apartment building to unload your car).

I didn't have beakfast. The room was very comfortable with good facilities and the staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. It was very well located for the city centre. Excellent value for money.

Good location, the room was very clean and cozy, we enjoyed our stay a lot. We were allowed to leave our car parked longer which was extremely helpful, the host is amazing!

the hotel is overpriced, SPA zone is small and low quality, saunas are cold and dirty. you need to go trough restaurant to go to the SPA. many small thing doesn’t work, beginning from gates to garage, till the fire alarm worked couple of times and got scared my kid. Personal in hotel could inform guests that it was a problem with alarm, instead of continuing checking in new guests
