I missed the fresh coffee in the morning. We booked double beds, but in the room was 2 separate beds together. We thought this was in all rooms, but the next day when other guests arrived, we saw in the rooms double beds. The walls are thin.

The breakfast was very tasty, and the dinner was also delicious. The host lady was very nice, we could communicate in German, all the staff members were nice and helpful. Half an hour away was Zakopane, Morskie Oko, and a thermal spa, and other attractions, very nice and quiet neighborhood.

The property looks nicer from the outside than inside. It was OK for a one night stay. Our labrador was free of charge and that's nice! The lady at the reception was kind and caring.

For booking double bed we got 2 single beds set together which very very very extremely thin metres and missing frame under so the mattress was going inside the floor together with your body . And we had to sleep literally separate as the mattress was separating while we sleeping . The worse stay we ever had staying in Zakopane . Also the room it’s on very top of the building which was externally hot night time , we couldn’t close the heating .

The only plus was that was clean . Nice quite location .

Rude hostess who doesn't care about customers. When we arrived at hotel on check-in time, we couldn't find anyone at reception, we were told, to wait in our car till the hostess will arrive. After hostess finaly arrived, the rooms were not ready and not cleaned, so we had to wait again till the rooms will be cleaned. The description of the rooms doesn't correspond to reality. And the price does not match the quality at all, we significantly overpaid. The rooms didn't have the basic things the other hotels have: no kettle, no hair dryer, not even the glasses for water to drink. The hostess speaks only Polish and Ukrainian, so it was almost imposible to communicate. We had to live on the attic, where you can't even stand straight, because there are no place. If you want to cross the room you must climb the beds, or you must walk bend over. A separate bathroom described in the description for sure were on the other floor, so we must climb stairs with all our stuff and keys, because the bathrooms was so small, that there were no place to put a stuff. Also there wasn't even a towel to clean your hands. There is no phone connection at all, no Internet and the local Wi-Fi only works occasionally. The facing of the Romos is incomplete, it does not allow to ensure basic hygiene standards. The window does not have a handle, so we even can't lock it, so the room was cold. The yard is unpaved and unprepared, so we must go through the mud. The car, the shoes, everything was dirty after this. Didn't recomend this place for anyone.

There was no trash can in the room. The booking said we would have a private bathroom, which we did, but we had to go downstairs to a separate room where the bathroom was located. We requested a double bed and were given two beds knocked together (i.e. two mattresses and not a large one). The room was in the loft and so not quite suitable for taller people. (small door to the room, etc.) The clothes hangers in the wardrobe were missing. Wi-fi only worked in certain areas/floors. It was quite difficult to find the accommodation according to the maps, given that there is no signal in that location.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful accommodation (the whole house), including the surroundings (forests, stream, meadows, etc.). It was quiet until someone started walking down the hall (creaking parquet floor). Friendly and helpful staff.

A nice, cozy mountain house, in a small forest, right next to the mountain road, which does not prevent you from feeling free, as if you were in nature. Three days in a row no water supply in the morning, no one from the hotel staff speaks English. Drinking water is excluded from the morning breakfast.

Not a pleasant hostess who did not want to help with anything in the room. I do not recommend living there for families with small children - the stairs are unprotected and children can fall down. I wanted to show it to the hostess, but she didn't even want to look at it... The rooms are in bad condition, especially the toilets and showers.

everything was just spot on! the owner is a lovely lady who cares about her clients so much that I couldn't believe my eyes. Whatever I needed was sorted out a few minutes later. Highly recommend this place for a stay!

Owner doesn’t speak english, was difficult to solve some problems. Bad location, nothing to do. Too big price for such service.

The staffs kept saying breakfast is not included to your booking and also didn't know English even a little bit. We tried to persuading them for at least 30 mins with transfer. They finally accept but it was a big deal for us to argue them while we were tired. Also 50 PLN for a dog is expensive . We travel a lot and we have never paid more than 35 PLN.

In the winter I think it is not a good choice because of the snow the house is not easyly accesible! The house is located in a valley so it is hard to go up to the street if there is snow on the road! But the main problem is that there is no network!!! You can not use your telephone or internet. The only option is the wifi they provide but the wifi connection is very poor, hardly working if there are lot of people.

Very nice location, beautiful house and surrondings! A perfect place when there is no snow! The breakfast is good with lot of options. The staff is helpful and kind, but they do not speak english.

Staff was unkindly also they don’t speak in English, so we can’t ask for towels (we didn’t get the towels) and other questions. Room was dirty- on windows and other corners we saw spider webs, on the shelf was dirty spoon from other guests.:( In shower was broken furniture. Other guests was very loud after 11:00pm.

Location okey for us. Beautiful from outside. Room was warm and breakfast delicious.
