Good communication and easy to collect keys. Fabulous location in the old town. While restricted access for only taxis was very easy to be collected for tours as well. Easy simple access to loads of restaurants and shops very local if need any snacks or drinks as well. Easy travelling to and from airport. Recommended!

Clean apartment, close to the town centre. Easy check in and check out. When it was a bit cold in the apartment, staff provided with portable heater. Quiet location, safe underground parking.

Hotel perfectly located in the center of the old town. Historic room(s), well equipped, clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Bar is offering fantastic long drinks and cocktails.

I don’t understand the concept of the rooms I have had (106). Bedroom ok but the “living room” and the equipment making no sense to me. Anyway! 😉

We would greatly appreciate it if a map with a parking space was drawn in the accommodation instructions. It was also confusing where the entrance to our apartment was located in the backyard.

Bathroom needs hooks for towels. Toilet flush needed a lot of time to fill. Room needs better shades to block the morning sun. Beds and floor make squeaky sounds.

Location was good. Large room with space.

Uncomfortable bed (sunk in one side), not clean room, even with the closed curtains the light was annoying and I was forced to wake up from 6 a.m. No information about the breakfast.
