We would greatly appreciate it if a map with a parking space was drawn in the accommodation instructions. It was also confusing where the entrance to our apartment was located in the backyard.

The messages communicated with us could have been clearer, as the internet password was incorrect. One apartment had a persistent sewer odor, but fortunately it was isolated to the front door area. I never got the tv to work but it was offered to be fixed. Outside the balcony was a plaza that is undergoing road repair, so when we were there, several ill-fitting metal plates made loud noises every time a vehicle went over them, which went on all day until about 11pm when traffic was almost non-existent. The building is otherwise quiet and comfortable. The city does have a surprising amount of rush hour traffic, so keep that in mind while traveling.

The apartments are comfortable, spacious, clean, and in a good location. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The shower was a dream and soap and shampoo were amply provided. The free parking is in a courtyard right outside the room. I loved the "Nespresso"-type machine and the microwave, as we heated naleśniki for breakfast in the apartment. (There is a Żabka across the street with basic foods to reheat). Great views from the balcony. Since the apartment is on a main plaza, there was live music from street musicians in the evening. Nice café on the ground floor if the building. Communication from the building managers was very, very quick. Kielce has a couple of Galeria malls and much to do from a historical perspective - a few days here will be busy.

The hallway has a “old building”, musty smell. Probably because people dry their laundry there. But no smell inside the apartment.

Very nice place, good location. The apartment is nice and clean. Food trucks downstairs is a must to try. The place feels very homey. Good cafe in the same block “The Plac”, good for breakfast, bagels are so good.

Perfect location - right in the city centre on the main Sienkiewicza Street, 5 min away from the beautiful city park. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs within 10min walking distance, as well as places to see & visit. Only 10-15min walk from teh train station.

Some noisy road surface outside but it is only temporary to protect the road from traffic servicing a building site somewhere near by. Maybe air-conditioning (rather than a fan) could help on very hot days.

The road opposite has a surface protection on that can be loud with passing cars even with the windows shut. However, it is only temporary.

Location right in the heart of the city and the apartment has all the essentials. It is very clean. Communication with the apartment manager has been perfect. We visit Kielce often to see our family. And we would definitely stay here again.
