The breakfast selection was very good and the food was tasty. Had dinner once, not much option but food was quite good. Excellent location. Most staff very friendly. Comfortable beds. Had a room facing the gardens so had a lot of sun on the balcony. Enjoyed the swimming pool and spa treatments. Good drink and dessert selection at the bar.

Very dated and scratched/damaged furniture. No kettle in the room or tea/coffee. Hairdryer in the bathroom not good Only a small bottle of shower gel, no shampoo. Dirty carpet and scratched walls, need a clean and fresh coat of paint. Lifts very small and close too quickly, especially for elderly guests. Cafe shut at 6pm every day which was super early however the bar near reception was open till 9pm.

Hotel’s convenient location for overnight stop after flying in and before travelling into Warsaw and beyond. Staff, room, etc all fine and useful to have the hotel shuttle pick us up on arrival

Paid breakfast hardly had any warm options left at 9:00. Also it was noisy due to car service operations just outside the window.
