The lady at the restaurant wasn't very polite, I was making a sandwich and she accused me that I wanted to take away that's crazy! I left my jacket in the room I have tried to contact the hotel no answer after a few days I called again the reception answer but they don't know anything about the jacket it's really sentimental item for me still hoping for honestly of cleaning team

The building looks as if it needs redecoration and then it would be perfect. The carpets on the corridors were not always clean. The locks of the lockers in the women's dressing room in the swimming pool didn't work.

The sanatorium has a perfect location: near the beach, the main sights of the seafront and the railway station. The city center is just about 20 minuts' walk. The staff and the medical staff were friendly and professional. Everything is well organised: the medical treatment, the bracelet system for clients, the amazing swimming pool. The breakfast buffets were delicious and had a wide choice of dishes, different every day. The beds were comfortable and the linen was perfectly clean.

Carpets should be changed, the same some of the furnitures. In general a little bit old fashion, and not cozy (not even one picture on the wall).

Parking reservation has to be made in advance otherwise you will not have a spot. The rooms are not equipped with beach chairs as advertised. Pedicure and manicure were listed as part of the free package. However they are a paid service plus pedicure was not available until further notice. Wellness service is not available on Sunday so be aware.

Very dated and scratched/damaged furniture. No kettle in the room or tea/coffee. Hairdryer in the bathroom not good Only a small bottle of shower gel, no shampoo. Dirty carpet and scratched walls, need a clean and fresh coat of paint. Lifts very small and close too quickly, especially for elderly guests. Cafe shut at 6pm every day which was super early however the bar near reception was open till 9pm.

The breakfast selection was very good and the food was tasty. Had dinner once, not much option but food was quite good. Excellent location. Most staff very friendly. Comfortable beds. Had a room facing the gardens so had a lot of sun on the balcony. Enjoyed the swimming pool and spa treatments. Good drink and dessert selection at the bar.

We had to wait for a table at breakfast. There was no parking available by the hotel. The carpet in the room had stains. The elevators were slow and small. We had to listen to street performers until 9:30 pm - the area surrounding the hotel gets noisy during the season.

Aside from horrible food and loud party music into the night, everything is very old, the pictures on Bookings are not representative of the real rooms, facilities are poor. staff is not very helpful, and failed to fulfill all of our requests, giving us two rooms on the same floor, including putting the child crib in the right room, providing us a parking space, and our room was not even located in the building shown on Bookings. it was in a side building in which you had to walk through the parking lot or a very long tunnel with staircases which was a nightmare with a stroller. When I told the staff the crib was in the wrong room, instead of offering to change the crib they insisted that it was in the right room and did not do anything to help us. The two rooms were on different floors and complete different side of the building, we couldn’t move it. therefore, we did not use it and they tried to charge us extra for the crib. We also had to park the lot in like an abandoned lot away from the building, even though I had requested parking in the reservation. They claim they did not see the “reservation” even though it was part of the same reservation of the baby crib. Overall, the worst hotel experience for a family. Do not recommend and will not stay again.

Good value to money. Comfortable staying for the weekends. Nice swimming pool with cosy saunas. Breakfast is ok.

No one speaks English or other foreign language! Only mother language!!!!! No kitchen variety nothing to eat not recommended for halb or full pension!! Restaurant open at 8h !!! NO DOPPEL BED Parking 20€ /day

Day before arriving, I’ve received the email regarding my arrival….. they ask me to get tests pcr or antigen or bring proof of vaccine….. would not recommend breakfast..
