Positive section of review
The rooms are very cosy, have a lot of space, the bathroom is very nice as well. The location is in the middle of the city, you have everything you need around. The people working here are so nice and kind, always a smile on their face and it’s pleasant to meet them and say hello everyday.

Loved the Rooms, very comfy, peaceful and perfect to get rest. Staff is good, welcoming and explained the transportation lines to the center. Transportation frequency is ok. If you stay several days, double check the whole day / multiple days pass, they are worth it.

Hotel is located in a suburb, near the Ajax Stadium. It is 30 minutes away from the center with metro and about 20 minutes by train line. Not too much around the hotel open for dinner. The Hotel's restaurant is ok but has a limited Menu.

It’s in the middle of the city center, but inside it’s nice and quite. In our room there was no noise from outside (we had an inside patio room). It’s compact but very comfortable and hip so we had a very pleasant stay.

The location couldn't be more perfect – right in the heart of the city, close to all the major tourist attractions. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Knus chalet in de bossen van Epe met fietsen

Chalet was clean and situated in a nice location. Epe is within easy cycling distance.

Lack of clear instructions about how to find chalet and how to get through the barrier. When we asked at reception the people there were deliberately unhelpful. They said they could not tell us where the chalet was. When asked again they simply told us we had to speak to the owner and they could not help us. Tried calling contact number 3 times but no answer. Walked around the site and eventually found the chalet. Key for barrier was inside the chalet. Someone called back about an hour after we arrived but this was too late to help. The bed is not good as it has very little space on one side and no space down the other side. Makes it difficult to get in and out easily, especially for the person sleeping against the wall. The only heating available was a pellet burner in the living room. We only used this first morning when it was bit cold, but it is very noisy and does not heat the bedroom The property was advertised as having cable TV when in fact only the the Dutch public channels were available NPO 1,2,3. All of the other channels were not subscribed.
