      Great value, especially if you need a place to rest without all the extras. While it's not a brand new hotel, it is still very well maintained and clean. The front office manager (sorry I didn't ask his name) was a pleasant man, made a point to check if I got everything I needed. While this is my first stay with this hotel, I obviously did not expect an upgrade but I got upgraded to a larger room, which was indeed a nice surprise. So, if you don't feel like spending a fortune for a nice simple clean room to stay, I would recommend here.

      It was located near to Golden Hill Market (walking distance). There’s a lot of restaurants & convenient stores too, got no problem with foods. Fast respond from the host, even though water heater was not functioning at 10pm but the host still find a way to repair.

      Location is superb, within walking distance to one of Penang popular food court, The New World Food Court. The room is cozy and comfortable.
