TV was not working properly, the thermostat was very noisy and I asked the staff to fix it twice, shower tap came off and dropped twice and the paint was flaking off in the toilet. There is no small towel provided in the room. This asked the staff to extend our room to 1pm on the last day which they confirmed but yet we could not access the lift after 12pm.

Smoke from other rooms came into our room through the vent in the toilet. We booked the non-smoking room but nothing can be done because the hotel was fully booked and there were no other rooms for us to switch to.
