Great location as near shopping malls, MRT train line, restaurants. 15 mins walk to Petronas Towers BedRoom with separate lounge and kitchen area equipped with fridge/freezer, washer/drier machine and crockery/utensils. Bottled water provided each day Rooms cleaned each day Incredible shower The lounge has tv with access to Netflix, Utube…. Incredible infinity pool on the 37th floor with panoramic views of the surroundings. Can see the Petronas Towers, KLCC Tower, Merdeka Easy to get train to Batu Caves. I would recommend this place to all my close friends abd relatives

The staff nvr replied me on time, I booked another room but instead on the check in time 3pm, he upgrade to different staying place, do the time is run & we checked in around 40mins late

The bathroom is not as clean as i read from another reviewers. I still can see the stain in toilet bawl, the black and yellow mold at the wall..i won't mind if i pay below rm100 but i pay 200 ++ and the cleanliness is moderate compared to others 4 star hotel in KL. The towel also still got stain on it. Absolutely dissapointed with their cleanliness part.
