The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The location is great, just 1 min walking from the station. Our room was on the inside so no views of the street, just the building next door. The breakfast has a lot of variety. The onsen is good and clean, totally recommend to spend some time there.

The facilities are excellent, the beds are very comfortable and the views of the city are really nice. The location is great with easy access to the train/subway station. Totally recommend and will definitely come back. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Really nice place! In a walk distance from Kyoto station, best location, with a beautiful temple just across the street. Great onsen on the first floor (included) and good breakfast (not included).

Great location as a stop over for one night before flying out of Haneda the next morning. Free shuttle to the airport a bonus and loads of local restaurants for supper.

There was an intense mold smell in the room, we had quite a few challenges to sleep at night with the mold smell and the overall room temperature, humidity and mold. The rooms are small and the bathroom looks like a disposable one you would find on a public space. Overall for the price you pay there are way better options in the city for the same price and better quality. The location is ok but not great.

Even though it’s visible the hotel tried to modernise there is still a lot of work to be done. The rooms furniture are quite old as well as the carpet. Overall it is a nice hotel but with potentially to be exceptional
