Host Andrea was very welcoming and spoke great English. He was happy to supply us with a kettle and tea, and checked if we needed anything. A great breakfast was included. Andrea made some delicious cakes to supplement the breakfast! The view from the terrace was stunning.

The surfaces were clean. In other reviews, people said that the location was not that good, but there was a bus station 3 mins away. You can take the bus from there, take off at the third stop and then take the metro and go to the Duomo.

The smell was sooooo bad. The moment you entered the apartment, there was a smell like the window hasn’t been opened in ages. Even all of our clothes had that smell after we left the apartment. The sheets, the towels, everything had that smell.

outstanding accommodation in beautiful lakeside location, close to shops and transport for lake cruise, nice area to walk around. The bar, restaurant and whole property was the highlight of our trip to Italy.
