The venue itself was really nice; kept clean and with breakfast items well-stocked. The staff were really nice and helpful, although not always available to speak with directly, but were very good via messaging. The location was great - on a central metro line leading to the majority of main sites, but also just out of the way enough to not feel overcrowded by swarms of tourists - perfect for us.

It was a little tricky to find the hotel initially and also to navigate which side of the piazza to head towards, but once located it turned out to be a really great location. It would have been nice to speak with the staff directly, as communicating via messages meant having to wait for internet connection and also for the messages to go through/be read. However the communication that was there was very helpful and positive.

Salvatore was there to greet us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good - typical Italian breakfast - yogurt, croissant, cheese, salami, cereal with freshly made coffee. If you're longing for a full english breakfast or something a bit more typical American, there are a few places along Corso Italia (the main street that borders the B&B) that offer that.

Was very pleased overall. The B&B is located on the 2nd floor of the building and you need to coordinate a check-in time so that you can be buzzed in through the main door the first time -- it may be a bit confusing for some travelers if they've never experienced small European hotels that only occupy a small part of a building, but for those of us who have it was fine. The B&B is located right in the heart of the action on the Piazza Tasso and is less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. It was an excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again should I get back to Sorrento.

Our fave stay in Italy. Pietro is a gem. Although he doesn’t speak English, we managed with translator and he couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room extremely clean and the common rooms were full of beautiful pieces. Really felt like we were in someone’s home. Lift to the upper floor. Will be back.

Nothing to say except that it was perfect. We had an excellent stay in this very functional apartment, we didn't miss anything. The metro is right next door and allows you to reach the centre very easily. Franscesco is available at any time if necessary. I recommend and would come back without hesitation

We loved this stay so much! Laura the host was really nice and helpful, gave a lot of recommendations what to see in lake Como and how to get there, her homemade breakfast was delicious, property was very clean and modern, it was taken care of everything.

Locations is good, locates in the city centre, close to everything. Room size is good. Moderately clean. Got an elevator in the old apartment building, which is a surprise.

Don’t like the staff who arranged check ins. A bit rude. Sent too many messages to confirm check ins. The check ins were between 14.00 to 22.00. But the staff keeps texting you to confirm the exact check in times. We arranged check ins at 7.00pm initially and give the staff one hour notice to let the staff know. But then he directly asked us to come after 7.00pm. We had no choice and changed our journey a bit. It’s quite annoying when keep receiving messages on a road trip in the car and causes inconvenience for guests.

No working tea making facility in room and communal one not operational due to broken electric jug. Not the sort of accomodation you would happily relax in during the day. Our bathroom was private but separate from our room. This was stated when I booked but would not opt for it again.
