Positive section of review
The place was very cosy and the room was enough for three days. The bed was really comfortable and as it was not located in the main street , there were no noises from outside. I have to mention that the shower was not very clean and the shower head needs a replacement, but not a big deal. Swimming pool very well maintained and clean. The breakfast was really nice and the banana pancakes were amazing. The personal was really nice and kind.

Rooms from 2-5 have no private balcony and if your neighbours decide to stay out speaking and being loud it can be very annoying (which happened to us on the last night and we had to go out and asked to be quiet, but they ignored us).

Clean spacious room. Very good staff, a very helpful and nice receptionist Agrie. Good spa and other facilities. Excellent shuttle bus. Thai menu is very nice.

The breakfast has very little european choices, despite many europeans staying there. French fries not nice, as mentioned in my last review.

The electricity and water was not working. We had to move hotels. The staff refused to give a refund. We had to walk to a local restaurant to get wifi to book another hotel. Extremely disappointed with the hotel, the staff and the poor communication. Would highly NOT recommend

I don't like the breakfast. As if u stay in standard room, your free breakfast only toast bread + jam + coffee. How simple isn't it? . They rate the breakfast based on the room type. How ridiculous😅
