Location was good with free parking available, the hotel was clean and all staff we came into contact with were very professional and friendly. Our room was a bit tired & worn but we travelled with 2 dogs so wouldn’t expect the best room! Given that, the room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and overall we were happy. We were too late for a meal in the restaurant and didn’t want to spend the night searching a new place for decent food so ordered room service, the food arrived quickly and while not the best meal we’ve had, it was good enough. Breakfast was nice, again not the best but set us up for the day travelling again

We were very happy, the breakfasts are very rich and abundant, the staff is very friendly and it is very well located. What Booking needs to improve is to indicate that breakfast is not included in the price, since it indicates that it is and it is not.

An improvement that can be done is in the shower since it could be more comfortable having a rack or space to place the shampoo and things required when taking a bath. Also, the hair drayer should be in the bathroom.

the lighting was very dim as more than half of the lights were not working instead there was one wire pulled straight from the wall and connected to a lampshade and tv was soo old and not smart or updated
