The highlight of this place is undeniably the breathtaking view, which is unparalleled. The swimming pool adds to the charm, and the breakfast, with its exceptional view, is a delightful start to the day. Having a direct, unobstructed view of the ocean from the room is simply amazing and makes it the perfect place to rejuvenate your soul and body.

It's unfortunate that the room was plagued by ants, mosquitoes, and other insects, which must have been quite bothersome. Resorting to keeping them at bay in the toilet by leaving the light on was a clever tactic. Despite the language barrier, the staff's friendliness and willingness to communicate using Google Translate were appreciated. However, the fact that it was a 30-minute drive from a vibrant area with nightlife might have been a drawback for those seeking more entertainment options nearby.

Despite being situated in an area known as "cracklandia," which isn't the safest for walking, we didn't encounter any problems during our stay. Being a group of four guys, we stuck together, which likely contributed to our safety. On a positive note, the price was reasonable considering the circumstances.

It's disappointing that only one person at the reception spoke English, potentially causing communication challenges. The repetitive breakfast menu, while decent enough to stave off hunger, lacked variety. The recurring issue with toilets and plumbing, with toilets getting clogged multiple times in both of the rooms we occupied, was inconvenient and frustrating. Room furniture very outdated.

Not often I say that everything's good but this is the case. Friendly staff, cleanliness everywhere, well-organized kitchen and above all you have a spacious common area with cute pieces of furniture and design elements. Also you'll enjoy open air in a courtyard with a hammock.

The only drawback is the aircon which is set to a pretty low temperature and overnight folks suffered cold having only a bed sheet. On the 2nd night I adjusted to a higher temperature but it was back after some time. I lost my voice and here's a message to the staff: Please ask how the folks feel before you turn on a cooling camera :D

It's good value for your money. A bit of a hike from Paulista Ave but doable especially when walking downhill - more challenging when walking towards Paulista ave/subway. Staff is very polite. A good hotel.

Air Con was not enough to cool the room. First night was really hot. Had to leave the AC on all the time to keep the room at a mild temperature. A bit far from the subway line.

the owner of the apartment is very nice, thank you for all supports during this trip. the individual kitchen is good, easy to make chinese cuisine. there is one supermarket nearby, easy to purchase some goods.
