It was an amazing experience, the kids were super happy, every staffs was reception to butler was friendly, welcoming and warmth, I was extremely tired because of the long flight, and I arrived at the hotel at 8am, I asked if it’s possible for an early check in, the kind receptionist told me he will see what he can do, I was at the lobby taking a nap, to my surprised in less than an hour, we were given a room before 9am, the room was excellent, Abdel the butler was fantastic and all ours needs were done in a minute.

We enjoyed apartment provided by Qstay Holiday Home. Even we booked apartment managed by Qstay, we got all 5 star service provided by Address such as every day cleaning, nice bathrobes and slippers, gym, swimming pool with Burj view, coffee shop downstairs, lounge area.

We were looking for a comfortable motel for a short 12 hour stay between international flights. This motel was very clean with a comfortable bed and close to the airport. They have an airport shuttle running every hour. A great place for the price.

Reception staff at the breakfast restaurant at the first floor didn’t seem happy and her approach felt quite unwelcoming. Prefer to stay at Hyatt at the Dubai creek over this. Staff definitely needs more training I suppose in terms of mannerism.
