Few staff at the Breakfast restaurant could be a little more proactive. WIFI is slow at times.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast was great. Facilities were nice, however, WIFI is a bit slow. HK team did a great job.

There was a sofa bed but it wasn’t made up and it was so late my son just slept on the sofa with a blanket as we didn’t have any sheets

I did Not like that on second day breakfast= in the dining room of hotel= there were flies ! One fly touched my food ! I chased the fly away, but then he touched my food again ! And again ! Flies are NOT accepted to be in dining room during breakfast service ! The second incident= at the same breakfast= I asked a waiter to clean our table from dirty dishes. When he approached to do my request= his cellphone in his pocket was ringing. So he took his phone, replied to the call, and after finishing the call= he started clearing our dirty dishes. This is NOT professional. Guest must have priority before cellphone.

It's a nice hotel. Service is very good. Location is ok. It's 4 stars hotel and it gives 4 stars service and facilities.

The hotel is very good.but front desk staff Rashad behavior is very bad.dont even know how to speak with customers.when i said i will complain to manager.instead of apology he said i dont care.even in frot of other customers.that was very bad and unprofesnal.Thats makes hotel ratting down.other staff is very nice specialy Mr Salah is very good

I honestly couldn't find anything to dislike about my stay. It was wonderful in every aspect.

I had a fantastic three-night stay at the hotel! The staff was exceptional, the breakfast delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. The spacious reception and room were definite highlights of my experience. Additionally, the option for early check-in and late check-out provided great flexibility. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I would like to have a room with a window that could open. Maybe they reserve them for smokers.

The breakfast had a large variety but it was mainly based on indian cuisine as I understood. That is ok though as I could find adequate options that could satisfy me as well. I also liked the open type kitchen. Also, the stuff was very helpful when we needed them.

Front desk employees are speaking their own local languages in front of guest which is unprofessional but front office managers Mr.Mohamude is very professional he resolved my billing issues immediately thanks line of employees refused to do so !

The front front desk employee is need to take more training they’re speaking their local language Hindi and Pakistan sometimes I’m confused ! am in India? I believe that,they should speak and applaud at work place English or Arabic in front of guest unless upon guest request otherwise employees must stop speaking each other’s their own local lungu in front of guest they should correct this asap !
