Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelI did Not like that on second day breakfast= in the dining room of hotel= there were flies ! One fly touched my food ! I chased the fly away, but then he touched my food again ! And again ! Flies are NOT accepted to be in dining room during breakfast service ! The second incident= at the same breakfast= I asked a waiter to clean our table from dirty dishes. When he approached to do my request= his cellphone in his pocket was ringing. So he took his phone, replied to the call, and after finishing the call= he started clearing our dirty dishes. This is NOT professional. Guest must have priority before cellphone.
It's a nice hotel. Service is very good. Location is ok. It's 4 stars hotel and it gives 4 stars service and facilities.

I had a fantastic three-night stay at the hotel! The staff was exceptional, the breakfast delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. The spacious reception and room were definite highlights of my experience. Additionally, the option for early check-in and late check-out provided great flexibility. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had a large variety but it was mainly based on indian cuisine as I understood. That is ok though as I could find adequate options that could satisfy me as well. I also liked the open type kitchen. Also, the stuff was very helpful when we needed them.
