We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandWe had a great weekend stay at the alpenperle. The staff was awesome: Friendly, responsive and very accomodating. They picked us up at the Saas-fee bus stop promptly (we told them when our bus would arrive). The rooms and hotel were clean. the breakfast excellent. The ski room and boot room were very nice. Getting to the lifts was an easy bus ride. And an awesome, michelin rated restaurant (1809 in capri hotel) was a ten minute walk away.

Very nice stay, really great hosts 👍 who make you feel like at home. Even though the location is at the end of the village it is very well connected to the village center as 2 of the bus lines stop there. One of them has its terminus right in front of the hotel so you are sure to always get a free space on the bus when you want to leave for the ski slopes in the morning.

SwitzerlandThe hotel is situated at the outskirts of Seas Fe so you need to walk 15 min or so to the centre but we didn't mind, we like our quiet.
Friendly welcome, spacious and clean room, good beds with firm mattresses, breakfast with a good variety of cold foods - salmon, cheeses, warm bread, yogurt, a variety of nuts & grains etc (plus they did have warm boiled eggs), good view and quiet.

Great location on edge of Saas Fee… quiet & peaceful. Owner came and picked me up which was appreciated due to luggage. Breakfast was well provided with lots on offer with lovely views to the mountains. Bed was comfortable. Owners & Staff were lovely & friendly. I really enjoyed staying here

I loved having a corner room with a balcony & big doors and windows that let in a lot of fresh, cool, mountain air! The walk to the edge of town is probably only about 10 minutes. A very delightful hotel. I would stay there again.

United KingdomHotel is about 15mins walk from the village down a shallow hill. There is no bus service between the hotel and the village in the summer. Neither was an issue for me.
Patrick and Tanja are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble and they both speak very good English. Lovely single room 206 with views of snow covered peaks from balcony. Very quiet part of SaasFee. In Saas Fee you get the Saastal Card which is a pass for all buses and all cable cars except the one to the very tòp Breakfast is nice. Hotel is. There is a general shop about 10 mins walk from the hotel. Patrick will provide a lift on arrival and departure. Hiked over glaciers, to mountain huts and over to the Italian border at Monto Moro. This iThis is my 3rd+ stay and I will be back. The Saas Fee mountain scenery is a real wow factor.

Lovely family run hotel on top of Saas-Fee. I had a great room with a large balcony facing the Allaline mountain - what a great view. Upon arrival I was lost haven gotten off at the wrong bus station. The host immediately came by car, picked me up and drove me to the hotel with a smile!

TaiwanThe host is very warm, kind, and caring. During the 6-day stay, the host let us go to her organic vegetable garden to pick vegetables. We can eat delicious lettuce and cabbage every day, and also provide eggs, jam, and juice. We are full of happiness. Next time The first time you visit Funes, you must choose this homestay.

The hotel was perfect. Klein und fein. Tanja and her husband did everything that we feel very welcome and comfortable. They were flexible with the additional bed and matelas for our kids. The hotel is very clean and breakfast like in a 5* hotel. Highly recommend. We will come back.
