Very cozy apartment in a great location. Simona took care of everything: there is tea, coffee capsules, milk, mineral water, even beer. Also an iron, which is especially important for women. If I come next time to Luzern, I will happily stay here

The hotel is in the center of the Zurich, near Zurich Lake. 4 min walk to tram station. Breakfast was good. The hotel staff is very warm and friendly.

The room had a carpet that was smelling like a wet dog, or maybe a dog actually peed there previously to our stay. And for most of our stay the WiFi was not working.
