For us the location was good, but be ready to see a lot of homeless.

Very simple hotel but very good for the price. The room was cleaned everyday, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was also very simple but enough. We stayed 13 nights a day we didn't regret of chosing this hôtel.

Very good lacation for sightseeing and reasonable price. Although staffs cannot speak English, they are kind. Highly recommended in downtown area. However, there were lots of homeless at night in neighborhood of this hotel.

They don’t put any plastic bags for trash can you have to ask it.

Staff is very kind they always will help you if you ask them. Wifi was very good, cleaning and breakfast also nice. Location also good, near two metro stations, few bus stop at walking distance and flamengo beach also near. You can go directly to all popular beaches with metro or bus. For this kind of price it was very good, also you can choose breakfast options.

The plates and forks/knives at the breakfast were not clean enough. The breakfast was too simple. The coffee was very boring and weak. The bed was too small. Made it hard to sleep well.

Wifi worked well. The location is excellent. The reception staff was kind and efficient. They even asked if I liked to receive help with my luggage. The room and the bathroom had a fine size.

big staircase to get in.. no elevator and nobody helping. I travel for over a month with big luggage and was VERY hard to lift it up all the way.

Toilet bowl is so tiny and uncomfortable. Too close to the shower wall.

Location and price, however, the restroom toilet bowl is so tiny, good thing I am not that big otherwise, I won't be able to do my thing because it is too close to the shower wall.

No much soundproofing so you could hear the road and the reception(room was close). There was a random pair of shoes left in the room but the room did seem clean otherwise.

The mattres is not very comfortable and the bed linen could be better. The room didnt have direct sun light, as I'd like to have a view and more fresh air. Air conditioning was an old and a bit noisy model.

Kind and helpful staff. The accomodation and toilet were very clean. Breakfast was satisfatory considering the budget. Location is very convenient

The room was quite noisy since it was next to the street, and due to the acoustics of the hallway and people talking. Also, there was only one towel per person and no bath mat or shampoo. However, for its price and only one night, the hotel was fine for sure.

First of all, the staff was super friendly, let us keep our bags at the hotel before check-in and after check-out, and also granted us an early check-in as soon as the room was ready. Breakfast was simple but good. The room was quite spatious and had its own bathroom. The location was also very good, in a nice neighbourhood and with easy access (by Uber or metro) to touristic places.

The only issue I had was that the A/C seemed out of my control. The temperature was fine, and I probably could have asked the front desk for help if it had been a problem (the weather was not too hot or cold).

Wifi was good enough to run a Zoom meeting. The staff was friendly and very helpful even though I didn't speak Portuguese. The room was small but comfortable. GREAT location! Really safe part of Rio, very close to the beach and metro. The breakfast was charming and it was so lovely to get to have that every morning.

We stayed with 2 little kids, wi-fi completely stopped working in the evening and the kids couldnt watch their cartoons, which is not a big deal. But while my husband went to reception tp ask about wi-fi the kids were making noise in the corridor (8 pm), and the reception staff was very rude with my husband because of kids. We didnt like this attitude. Also the room.was without window, only aircon to have some air. There are stairs at the entrance, was a problem to climb the stairs with heavy suitcases.
