The room we got was a small old room, window facing a brick wall, no light at all, like living in a cellar, It was really dark..toilet didn't work we payed extra to get a better room.

Our room had a window which opened onto several A/C units. The room was badly lit with no natural light. It was very noisy with the air conditioning units going all day and night. It spoiled what was otherwise a nice room.

It's difficult to write a review for a complete scam. We paid 450 euros per night (for a 3-bed room) in a 4 star hotel. In total almost 3000,- EUR for 6 days , which is a long time in such terrible conditions. The pictures don't reflect the reality, the hotel is extremely neglected, old, the gym is not possible to use, so small and dirty without an equipment, the pool is a joke, we wouldn't dare to enter. The room is never really cleaned, missing basic things like coffee machine or laundry service. The bathroom was the worst, door not working, toilet not working the water from the shower doesn't flow away, and we have never seen anything so dirty. We heard every word from the room above us. The breakfast is very limited without a variety and we cannot talk about any 4 stars there. Very poor.

Hotel is in older condition, which doesn't have to be a bad thing. But it was also not properly maintained. In the bathroom the sealant edges were almost rotted away. In addition, there was a light piece and the curtains broken. Rest of the hotel is “okay”, but don't expect too much

If you want to hear everything of your neighbours above you, choose this hotel. Really, never experienced this, it was like they were in the same room. I could everything, literally. I could hear when they were peeing, when they were talking, even kissing, just everything as if they were in the same room as me. I went to the reception to tell them, the only thing they could say was ‘we know it, and we can’t do anything.’.

Breakfast is a buffet! It’s worth it. The location is also really good, 2min walk of the beach.

I arrived at 2:30 pm and my room wasn't ready. The breakfast was a bit too crowded. But both situations, I think, were due to the Rock in Rio. A day after this event, the hotel was much better.

Rooms are very comfortable, good space. The location is also very good, close to the beach, with good supermarkets and restaurants nearby

Everything, room smelled, unfriendly checking staff did not explain rules or give us a copy of all the general rules, breakfast, Check in and out to name of few. Room was dated and beds were very uncomfortable. I travel frequently and this hotel is the worst I have stayed at.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL - I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. Checking staff was unhelpful. Did not explain anything. We had to constantly ask questions about all the rules of check in and out, the room, and seems staff did not care. Would never stay here again. Overcharged us for the room and we unavailable to help us. Only one room key per room which is a joke because you need the room key to put in a slot to power on all items in the room, TV, lights, everything so if someone wants to go to the pool, Go up and down the elevator you need to use the key then everything in the room immediately turns off. Staff claims the ability to generate additional keys was broke.

I was given a room with a large bed but turned out to be 2 beds stuck together with one sheet...so annoying! My room was supposed to be large and on the top floor....with least sound ( as i wad promised sound isolation)...but turns out these rooms had a common door outside( which made a huge noise disturbance when opening and closing) ...and my neighbour's had a joint door with my room...I could hear everything they said as if they were in mine! The steam room was so weak and needs service. Breakfast selection was a bit poor . No toaster available and the sandwich toaster was years old and doesn't work properly.

Far from a 4* hotel standards. Personal was rude and inefficient at every step. They also tried to make us pay a higher price when we checked in (btw we paid before our stay, asked for a refund for the remaining 4 days of our trip after 1 night and they refused)

The rooms were filthy and our first room smelled moldy. I had to complain several times until they decided they will find me another room. Staff keeps arguing with each other through the phone and they let us to wait. Overall my stay was fine since I barely stayed in the hotel. Definitely not worth the money I spent and it is not even close to a 4 star hotel.

Horrible customer experience! People at the front desk are very unpleasant and not very kind. I was with my parents and to get into their floor I needed to ask for access! As the lift only works for your own floor... Jacuzzi was not working well and the pool was always dirty as they did not clean it often. I won't go back there. The men who works at the mini parking lot there was so rude when asked for a parking lot close to the hotel. Seemed like they did want to bring any kind of support. They also locked our key cards before the check out... To sum it up. Nos a good experience.

we could heat the people from upstairs in the bathroom. not sure if they could hear us, but we heard them having conversions all the time. the bathroom also didn’t have a curtain and we got the whole bathroom wet. I get it was a accessible room, but I didn’t request it and the bathroom was a total mess after the shower. breakfast was weak
