If someone is talking at the elevators area, you will hear everything. Also if there is a party on your floor, or floor above you will also hear everything. We were lucky and we did but have noisy neighboroughs.

Staff. All receptionists are superfriendly and do speak good English. Catering and cleaning personnel are very helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. AC is good. Pool is standard size for Rio rooftop pools. so check its size if you really need a swimming pool.

Air conditioning in room didn't work as well as should,maybe because window of the room was towards inside of the building.

Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff(I forgot my smart watch in the room after check out and contacted staff and arranged to collect it in 10 days). Nice breakfast options. Big room.

Wifi in our room was a bit weak - we were right at the end of the passage. In the rest of the hotel it was fine.

The staff were always friendly and helpful - Alcir at the front desk oversaw our arrival very late at night, as well as our very early departure, and was always cheery despite the inconvenient hours. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and very clean, with a good hot shower. The hotel is very nicely situated - only a block from the beachfront, and near lots of supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, fast food, etc. The Metro is also only a few minutes' walk away, so the location is very convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the attentive staff in the breakfast room. We really enjoyed our stay and it is a great base for exploring the rest of Rio.

In the bathroom can you hear the next bathroom. I felt very uncomfortable hearing everything when the neighbors was in his bathroom.

Breakfast didn’t have many healthy options but it was ok. A lot of bread.

I chose them as they are pet friendly, and I loved how good they were to my dog! Also, the location was superb, in the heart of Copacabana.

We stayed only for 2 nights so it wasn't big deal as we didn't complain about it but every time you flush toilet it took while for it to load again. The last hour of the check in it loaded quickly. Also water pressure was reduced after 1st person takes shower. Everything else was good.

- very noisy as the doors and walls were not well isolated - any phones always rang in the corridor - sandy floors (we had to tell the staff to reclean after check-in) - pool on rooftop had some traces of spilled beer in it (it was Carnaval time)

- comfortable beds - nice located in the city - friendly staff - well working air conditioning - minibar was great - rooftop great - good breakfast - stores, restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner

The pool and social area are not clean. The elevator is slow and very small.

One guy at the reception was very rude, He was telling me that I can not have visitors in this hotel, and that is not that kind of hotel in front of my visitor (girlfriend )which was very rude and bad. We was paying for two rooms me and my colleague with two beds and was saying that not allowed. The other staff of the hotel, the cleaners and the rest of the people at the reception was very nice.

Breakfast was very basic. The air con in the room was extremely noisy. There was a window in the room, however, view was to the internal hotel wall,, so room even during the day was very dark.

Great location, only 5 min to Copacabana Staff were helpful. When we checked in, we noticed the shower and sink were blocked. After mentioning this issue to staff it was sorted straight away.

Breakfast was the same every day and the coffee was grainy, not as nice as other hotels on our Rio holiday. Pool was murky and not inviting.

Clean and comfortable, air conditioning was quiet, amazing shower.

Minor items: shower head could've been stronger, laundry service was only Monday -Friday, elevators were small maybe 5 people max. Incredibly minor issues. Only thing that could turn people off is you're in Copacabana, not Centro or Lapa. It's going to be touristy and a bit of a ride if you want to get a different type of Rio experience. But you won't be disappointed with your stay.

The staff were wonderful. Front desk, to the cleaning staff to servers were really helpful and very accommodating especially for people who only speak English. Rooms were clean and modern. The location was literally one block walk to the beach and in a great metropolitan location. Close to restaurants, convenient stores, and banks with ATMs. Rooms were spacious. The free breakfast was robust... Great value and experience!

Unfortunately for us it's a dog friendly hotel, we had a yapping dog in a neighbouring room and the sound travelled straight through the aircon vent.

Our room was spacious and clean with room to unpack and also sit and relax. The location is fantastic, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
