We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The staff and service is absolutely outstanding. The room was clean and newly renovated with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was tasty. There is a small private beach right outside where you can watch the sunset or just walk. The pool was refreshing and we loved the cute dog that lives at the hotel. Overall perfect for a few days in Tangalle.

Oneof the most beautiful experiences in Sri lanka was directly in this accommodation, an incredible villa with a pool, a large room, cleanliness and comfort. we felt at home in the villa. Amazing staff who will fulfill your every wish and prepare an excellent dinner under the stars. A great manager who arranged a complete safari for us and who lives for the villa heart and soul. we recommend, 11.10

Loved every detail of our stay - the food, the service, the aesthetic, the location, all the comforts considered. Situated on a pristine beach, the slow rolling break is great for body surfing or playing in the waves. We enjoyed the beach, snorkeling, exploring a few nearby attractions, and lounging by the pool. Every meal was excellent and the staff are on top of everything. It was a perfect retreat for us (a couple) looking to unwind. Highly recommend!

Situated in Tangalle, 200 metres from Tangalle Beach, Lagoon gate Tangalle Resort features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. What an absolute pearl of a place. I only planned to stay the night but immediately extended four days. The staff is maybe the best I’ve ever encountered and you feel so taken care of. The rooms are beautifully designed and the perfect fit for us Europeans. I will definitely come back and although I would love to have this place for myself, I urge everyone to stay here. 11/10!!

Set in Netolpitiya, a few steps from Wella Odaya Beach, Blue Ocean Resort offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Who is looking for really peacefull and quiet place, go to Blue Ocean. Super nice and perfectly english speaking owner. Home made meals and private beach with nobody around at this time. The ocean is little but more rought, but sand everywhere and perfect access. Rooms are super clean and new. So far the most relaxing staying in Sri Lanka. Thank you very much for this experience.

I actually spent 3 nights here and would gladly have spent more. The resort is located right on a lovely spot on the beach. It's a short walk to the town and you can venture further along the beach too. I loved my cabana which was really clean, it had a lovely clean and comfortable bed with a mosquito net in good condition. My towels were white and almost new! The bathroom was small and clean with a warm shower. It was great to have a kettle with teabags and cups as well as a small fridge. Breakfasts were prepared to order and were very nice. I also ate at the restaurant on two evenings and my food was prepared fresh and was tasty. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and courteous. I started receiving fresh flowers on my patio table from day 2 - a lovely touch! I would definitely recommend to those who appreciate a bit of beach serenity and peace and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
