If you are looking forward to meeting new interesting people, shared sunset memories and joyful conversations, that's the place to be. Very accommodating to families, our kids loved the bunk beds! Their breakfast is delicious and came with the room price. The beds were extremely comfortable! the bedding is light, I could have used a bit heavier of a blanket but that is because I set the room to a cold temp. The location is nice, there’s 3 mini grocery stores, a soda called El Angel that has very good food at a very reasonable price. There is also a pizza parlor and hamburger spot that came highly recommended. The staff was top notch, so friendly and accommodating. We a re a big bunch, 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone enjoyed the stay equally! Thank you Naoz hotel for your Pura Vida hospitality!

The white sand beach was one of the nicest beaches I have been on. Clear water nice waves clean beach. Swimming pools were very nice. Large clean pools in a great natural setting.

A wonderful place, with delicious food, and beautiful landscapes. We had an issue in our room related to a leak in one of the pipes, after we report it, the hotel send someone immediately and after a quick inspection they offered a new room, in similar experiences we had to wait for a repair, but on this occasion the staff was really nice and we were their priority.

第一天满身大汗进淋浴室洗完澡，没有热水只能穿上衣服通知前台。告知马上修，等了4小时总算来热水了，但水小得像小孩子的泪水。第二个人洗到一半又没热水了。想着刚修好水量比较少，加之太晚了就没有再通知。第二天又重复前一天，衣服脱了没热水，再通知，说10分钟就好。等了一𠆤多小时毫无反应。再次通知同意换房间。但是，第二个房间空调又是坏的。前台的服务态度还是很好的。但是，整个住宿经历实在不尽人意。

The location is absolutely gorgeous. Our room was simple but beautiful and the back porch of our room was like a treehouse overlooking the ocean. The staff was very helpful and kind and the food was delicious. The location is very isolated, so just plan your activities with that in mind.

Great place to spend time with the family. The facilities were clean, the pool has a nice bar where you can order food and drinks. The pool is big enough and has a kids section. The staff and entertainment were exceptional. We did aquaerobics, played volleyball in the water and my daughter got her face painted. We had a great time. If you are on a budget, the rooms have a refrigerator big enough to store food and drinks. It also has plates, glasses, microwave and a small oven where you can bring food and reheat

Our room was super clean, and the beds were so comfy. Nice hot shower. Pool was great. Buffet breakfast was always fresh, and the portions generous. As it’s a little out of the way, we were extremely grateful that the food at the restaurant was so good. Beach was beautiful, and sunsets breathtaking.

was a unique experience to sleep in the forest with all the comfort. hosts were amazing, gave us few advises and helped us to make one reservation. breakfast was served and we could choose what we want. overall a great stay!

Loved the VIEW from and deck of our room! Was beyond anything I expected!! And Jans our concierge was exceptional, making our activities/excursions so easy - no research, no personal booking, no figuring out which is the best one, no scheduling rides - Jans took care of all of it and it was a dream that pushed our experience over the top. And the wildlife that came to our deck from the treetop canopy - every day we got our own personal close up tour: spider monkeys, capuchins, toucans, macaws, sloths, iguanas - all of it: amazing!

Beautiful facilities. Friendly Staff. Excellent food. Quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding and Bioluminescence boat excursion. Watched the monkeys and saw some rays.
