No breakfast included but there was a Wetherspoons within short walking distance.
Lots of places nearby and also a Dominos and another pizza place that was good.
Room fine, beds comfy, exactly as expected.
Would stay again if in the area, free parking at the back of property which was a bonus, although it can get busy - I parked and left the car there in case the space went, first come first served.
Found lots of glass on Seaham beach.
