Excellent contemporary room which was well designed with all the amenities. The air conditioning was good and straightforward to use. The room had a good outlook onto a courtyard with a fountain and was peaceful. The restaurant was good.

This is a wonderful hotel with excellent staff. We had a great meal in their grill restaurant, I had one of the best hot chocolates are returning from the theatre and a very enjoyable breakfast in the morning. The staff couldn’t have been any more friendly and welcoming.

It was exquisitely decorated and the staff were very friendly
It was close to the Churchill hospital, which is why we were there, there were shops close by, though we didn't need them. Hosts left milk, bread, coffee, cereal. Kitchen had most things we needed. The check-in process was straightforward and the instructions/photos to find the lock box/keys etc. were good.
Great location for easy access to Churchill Hospital which is within walking distance. On site parking and local bus with regular service into the city centre.
We stayed here as it's convenient for The Churchill Hospital, where my wife was having treatment. Laura, our host, was very accommodating as we needed access to a freezer for our cool bag ice packs. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a decent ensuite. We only had breakfast once but it was delicious. I had the full English and my wife enjoyed the continental.
