Everything was beyond perfect. The staff is very friendly , helpful and treating the customers as their own family. We were very happy with our stay and will be returning back definitely. Highly recommend this place! You won’t regret it! Many thanks to Kristina and Kapka ❤️

    The location is fantastic! The nature around the hotel is simply amazing. The apartment was spacious and wide enough for a family of 4. The food in the restaurant was nice. It is located 15 minutes away from the Seven Rila Lakes Lift station. Great experience!

    The hotel opened in 2021 and has a great mountain atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the location close the seven Rila lakes lift allows an early start of the day.
