Featuring free Wi-Fi, Hotel Oresti Center is set in the centre of Tirana, just 50 metres from the Skanderbeg Square. It offers air-conditioned rooms and a garden with a seating area.

Location is close to the airport bus stop and the main square. Can easily get around the city. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room and hotel were always clean. You have to buzz into the hotel for extra security and the desk is manned until 11pm. They'll give you an option to have a door key if you plan on returning late. Breakfast was standard European, nothing fancy, but will help you start the day.

    The prices here are just the same as in your home country,...

    The prices here are just the same as in your home country, maybe even more expensive. Restrooms are not in every floors. Some restaurants and the fastfoods here like KFC don't have own washrooms, not even just for washing hands so better have your wipes or hand sanitizer with you.

    Not as huge as it looks, and rather pricy. Clean and very sparkly, and the open interior is attractive. There is a good CONAD supermarket on the -1 floor. Which is welcome because the center of Tirana is a bit of a "food desert".

    This is a good mall which has a food hall at the very top which is worth visiting for the views around. The food selection is interesting for a mall. There is a self service style place which will challenge your observational powers but the range and value is good.
