With almost two decades of combined work in international education, travel planning and entrepreneurship, it was amidst her global sojourns that Eva discovered a unique passion for the world of short-term rentals. Having personally lived a life sampling temporary abodes on no fewer than five continents, she transformed that experience into expertise. Your Co-Host: Luvia is originally from Guatemala but spent 9 transformative years in the United States teaching Spanish. She is a loving wife and a proud mother to a son who is diligently pursuing a career in medicine. Professionally, Luvia serves as an executive assistant for a non-profit organization that focuses on educating underprivileged students by supporting families who make a living scavenging recyclables in the garbage dump. Known for her unparalleled organizational and communication skills, Luvia goes above and beyond, striving to make every interaction, every event, and every stay a 5-star experience.

Downstairs, the king-master suite has a deluxe ensuite with a walk-in shower. The other bedroom is located on the upper floor in an open loft with privacy curtains on the queen over queen bunkbeds. Located on Ski Mountain in highly coveted Chalet Village, guests will have the use of 3 clubhouses with seasonal outdoor pools, tennis courts, a gym, a playground and other recreational activities. Just minutes off the Parkway guests can easily visit all of the attractions of Gatlinburg (10 min), entrance to the National Park (10 min) and Pigeon Forge (15 min). Ski Mountain has windy roads that are narrow and steep at points. Use of an AWD or 4WD is advised when snow is forecast. The cabin has room for 4 parked vehicles.
