A unique property located on walking distance to the Street Food District in Paramaribo North (Wilhelminastraat) and Marriott Hotel (Anton Dragtenweg) in the quiet and safe neighborhood “ Rainville”. This exquisite 2-level tropical luxury villa is now available for vacation rental. You can be in the Entertainment Centre (‘T Vat, Sommeldijckstraat) within 5 minutes, have a dinner at Marriott Hotel in 2 minutes, take a relaxed morning swim in the pool, enjoy breakfast whilst looking at the birds or just enjoy the river breeze on the balcony and have a good glass of wine. Cosy, luxurious, tropical, very central, private, safe (high fences, alarm) with attention for detail are a few key words of the experience you will have in the villa. The owner and the host both live nearby (5 minutes away) so a good service to optimize your stay is guaranteed. Experience staying in Suriname at its best!
After living in the Netherlands for 23 years it was time to go back to Suriname and enjoy the tropics. I have a background in Marketing and I also own a marketing agency which helps companies in Suriname to enhance their customer experience and their brand. Rainville is a quiet, middle class and safe neighborhood which is very popular amongst people who want to stay comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood, yet very central. Supermarkets (Choi North), Nightlife ('t Vat, Torarica), Restaurants, shopping malls (Ma Retraite Mall, International Mall of Suriname) and a lot more is all within 5-10 mins drive away.
