The payable total price may be increased by 1% due to the GST increase in 2024.

Housekeeping and change of linens are done only on a weekly basis are not available on weekends and local Public Holidays.

Full advance payment of entire duration of stay is required prior to check-in.

For reservations that are less than 29 days, a damage deposit of SGD 500 is required on arrival.

For reservations that are more than 29 nights, we will inform you of the refundable security deposit required on arrival.

This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Reception is only open on weekdays 9AM - 6PM.

在提前退房的情况下，住宿将向您收取全部的入住费用。

该住宿不允许举办男性聚会、女性聚会或类似的聚会。

23:00:00至07:00:00期间需保持安静。

客人将收到租赁协议，且需在到店前签署协议并返还给住宿。如客人未按时收到协议，应按预订确认上显示的电话号码联系住宿管理公司。

未满18岁的客人仅可在父/母或官方监护人陪同下办理入住。
