Brand new apartment on ground floor next to swimming pool & 3 min walk straight to beach, restaurants, bars & local "snacks" along the coastal road if you'd like to taste a bit of everything on the island. Open plan living & kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee maker, table top glass cooker, air fryer, toaster, indoor BBQ smokeless grill & rice cooker. Washing machine is nicely hidden :). WIFI access free of charge. Smart TV. 2 bedrooms with air con, one of which is en suite. 15 min to 1.5 hour drive to places of interest. Discounts included as from 7+ nights stay! A crib and a high chair for infant up to 2 years may be made available on request at time of booking and minimal fee may be applicable. Babies and children under parent's supervision. Sofa bed for only one child sleeping. Cleaning fee included in price is for one off basic cleaning before check in. Early or late check in and check out fee may apply subject to availability due to having to close booking for the night before or after your stay and my living/working far from the apartment. Kindly note that occasional works carried out by Government Authorities may cause momentary interruption in water or power supply with or without notice. Look forward to welcoming you soon :)

Popular with tourists. Supermarket Jumbo Express within 10 mins walk or 2 mins walk to a mini grocery. Restaurants just around the corner and all along the beach. You may want to try Tidez for breakfast and for lunch and dinner Le Bois Noir, Chez Pepe, La Marmite Mauricienne, Sunset Garden, for example. Cascavelle shopping mall within 10 mins drive. Casela Nature park within 15 mins drive.

Booking to be done by 1 of the guests who will actually stay. Kindly book correct number of guests. After booking, extra guest(s) invited to stay payable.

Extra fee payable to host for requests outside listing/policy. Guests to be present for delivery of extra item/service and repair.

No smoking, no hair colouring, no parties please. Don't use flower box as litter bin.

Cleaning fee is for basic cleaning before check in. Pls keep apartment/equipment clean & in good working condition incl. bathrooms & toilets. Damaged/missing item during stay will be charged at/after check out. Washing machine free of charge for linen & clothes. Wash dark colours separately. Bath towels not for home cleaning.

Pls place plastic bag into litter bins before use.

Please clean ovens after use to prevent grease/dirt accumulation.

Please no wet clothes, suitcase, sunscreen/make up, drink & food on fabric sofa bed. Same for beds.

During shower, pls adjust water temperature with tap.

Please don't remove parts from BBQ equipment.

Before going out, kindly switch off lights & air con, close large windows & doors.

If using aircon, 24 -26°c recommended by Authorities. Don't adjust aircon SWING vent position by hand but use remote control.

Please don't change furniture layout. Before check out, pls remove food & drink from refrigerator.

Children under 12 to be closely monitored by parents.

Please respect rules in common areas. For example, pls shut gate and lights after use.

One designated parking space is available on 1st come 1st serve basis. If parking not available at the time you arrive, you may park on side street free of charge.

Kindly note I live far from the apartment and hosting is not my full time occupation.

Early/late check-in/check-out subject to availability and relatively small fee may be applicable.
