Our apartments are on the ground floor, and have a main room, where you can relax on the confortable sofa (and convertible into bed), in front of the screen flat tv connected and with Netflix access, of an open-plan kitchen completely equipped with its space snack bar, his shower-room and toilets. A beautiful bedroom with a king size bed will allow you to rest after long sunny days. For your comfort, the air-conditioning is present in all the apartment. The glass window will lead you on a pleasant terrace where you can eat your meals, relax with the sound of the waves on the deckchairs, and take advantage of the quiet and restful environment of the garden, ideally situated in front of the swimming pool of the residence, and proposing you a direct access to the beach.

Start your day with breakfast on your Terrace before taking a stroll to what is quite possibly the most famous beach in the Saint-Martin, Orient Bay. Here, you can enjoy the tropical flair of the beach, and see pristine white sand and crystal-clear water with your own eyes. Spend a day at the beach trying out one of a number of different watersports, or wander down to the nearby souvenir shops before treating yourself to a delicious cocktail in one of the beach bars.

Everything is at walking distance from the apartments Ideally situated, our rentals are all Beach Front, with a direct access to the beach, in a quiet and peaceful area. Stores are very close, to walking distance (max 5 minutes) : restaurants, bars, hairdresser, grocery, watersports... The residence, completely enclosed, proposes you a wonderful secure swimming pool in front of the terrace and the garden. You can take advantage of the Village and the beach, make some escapades in Taxi, or reserve a car rental and drive on the roads of the island (with best prices using our partners).
