Upon entering the apartment you will find yourself in a traditional terracotta tiled hallway, Climbing the stairs brings you to the first floor of the apartment. The first room you meet is your sleek four piece bathroom , comprising a wash basin , WC and your choice of free standing bath or a refreshing walk-in shower. A little down the landing you will find the open plan kitchen lounge . Within the lounge area, there is a three seater sofa and an accent chair , a wall mounted smart tv , which plays Freeview channels , a blue tooth sound system , mood lighting and a voice assisted Alexa speaker. The suspended ceiling and exposed brick wall gives it a beautifully contemporary and cosy feel .The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with a single oven , two ring electric hob, fridge with ice box , slimline dishwasher , toaster, iron, kettle and a hand held blender. There is also an abundance of kitchen utensils , dishes , pots and pans etc . There is a small drop leaf table , which when opened, can very snugly fit four people around . Four fold away dining chairs are tucked away in one of the kitchen cupboards. The second flight of stairs takes you to the two attic bedrooms . The Master Bedroom and the twin bedroom .Outside the property is a very small patio with bistro table and chairs . It is to be noted that this small area is openly exposed directly onto the private road which passes in front of this area Other things to note *Top O'Th' House has been lovingly created into this beautiful guest suite by its owners . They live on the ground floor of the house which is entirely separate from the guest suite . *Caution should be taken in the attic space as there are slightly low wooden beams. * it must be noted that the property is accessed down an uneven and unpaved private road , *It must be noted that there are 2 flights of stairs in the property which due to the nature of it being a Victorian house are steeper than newer built houses

This homely townhouse apartment covering two floors of living space is reached from the ground floor through its own private entrance . It has a stylish open plan fully equipped kitchen /lounge and sleek four piece bathroom on the first floor and two fully furnished well appointed bedrooms on the second . It is a short walk into our vibrant quirky town and minutes away from the Rochdale canal. From the end of the street , many walks and trails take you up into the wooded hillsides and beyond . It is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. You are a five minute walk away from the vibrant town of Hebden Bridge reached by a stroll along the canal towpath, riverside walk or down the main road . You are a two minute walk away from the Fox and Goose pub and five minute walk along the towpath to The Stubbing Wharf pub . There is no parking at the property but free on street parking is available nearby on a first come first serve basis . (You may load /unload luggage at the property which is accessed by a private through road which runs around the terrace) There is good public transport links .Hebden Bridge train station is 0.7 miles away(15min walk ) with trains running through to Manchester and Leeds . A very regular bus service runs from bus stops at the very end of the street in the direction of Todmorden and Halifax .
