The house is a three story Victorian in a quiet residential street located in the heart of Penzance, less than 5 mins from town centre and train station. It is light and airy whilst maintaining its Cornish charm. The spacious attic has a view over the bay and all the incredible beaches of west Cornwall are within easy reach. There are plenty of art studios and great restaurants close by including Newlyn and St Ives.
I love being a host and doing all I can to make sure guests have a comfortable and relaxed stay. I will be available for any questions at any time. I live in Exeter and I have someone locally to call on for your assistance should you need it.
Penzance has it's own charm with antique shops and lot's of cafe's only a stones throw from the house. Very close by are Newlyn fishing village and Mousehole. Newlyn has some great fish restaurants and Mousehole has a variety of quaint cafe's. And of course there is the extremely popular St Ives with it's cosmopolitan feel. Penzance promenade is a short walk away with views to St Michaels Mount and the famous Art Deco Jubilee swimming pool.
