A newly renovated 2 bedroom house with huge & bright windows! Easy access to highway 400/401; 10-20min drive to Yorkdale shopping mall/York University/Wonderland/High Park/Casa Loma/Pearson Airport; 20-30min drive (if no traffic jam) to Toronto downtown/CN tower/Eaton Center/University of Toronto; Steps away from TTC/LTR Keelesdale station (expected to be completed by Jan 2024); < 10min to big banks, groceries, recreational center and local shopping mall Free parking on the side driveway The above-ground single-level house contains 2 Bedrooms with full-size beds, plus a couch/sofa bed in the living area; can sleep up to 6 people Full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, oil, salt & pepper, dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils 55' smart TV is available in the living room, with some board games. Feel free to log in to Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime etc., with your own accounts and remember to log out when you leave :) Iron, ironing board and extendible draw rod (to pull down or push up blinds) are available in the storage room Front door entrance with easy self-check-in access The basement may be occupied so you might hear sounds from basement and vice versa.
