Come and experience a unique experience in Serra Catarinense! Combining the rustic with the sophisticated, this cabin is the ideal environment for a luxurious stay in the midst of nature. In addition to being cozy, it offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, perfect for enjoying romantic days with your partner or family. Located in the city of Anitápolis, Estancia Vistas de Anita is the ideal place for those seeking comfort, incredible views and unforgettable moments. Here, we work following the concept of American accommodation, where the guest has more independence during their stay. We are a private property, without a guesthouse structure and services such as reception, breakfast and daily cleaning. But, thinking about your comfort, we have a complete kitchen for you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the view and we will be available to offer support during your stay, including complete cleaning and/or change of trousseau hired separately. IMPORTANT: For check-in after 8pm, there is an additional charge for a convenience fee, so you need to check with the host for values and payment method :)

Neighbourhood information

Anitápolis is a municipality in the mountainous region of the state of Santa Catarina, located about 100km from the state capital, Florianópolis, between the Serra do Tabuleiro State Park and the São Joaquim National Park. It has large valleys, peaks, mountains and waterfalls, a breathtaking landscape. The most famous sights in the region are the Usina Waterfall, the Pátera Waterfall and the Mirante da Bela Vista. The area is mountainous and ideal for practicing sports, in addition to vast green areas for greater contact with nature. The main attraction of the city is rural tourism and ecotourism, and its economy is based on agriculture. You can already have an idea of how wonderful and stunning the scenery that the city has, right?
