Situated in Sveti Vlas in the Burgas Province Region and 700 metres from the beach, Seaside Apartment NLV features an outdoor pool and sun terrace. YOU MAY SIMPLY CHILL, COOL OF & ENJOY YOUR DRINK AROUND THE POOL, OR IN THE LOUNGE- BAR! Before you book our Place please accept our pool rules: Jumping diving and running is not allowed! No Inflatable MATTRESSES allowed in POOL! No glass ware (bottles or cups) is allowed near the pool area! Our Pool-Bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can! My self catering Apartments are situated in a quiet neighbourhood of "Sunny Beach" within 7 min. walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes from the Bus station HOTEL "RIU Helios Paradise", only 15 min. walking distance from the beach promenade. With one or two bedrooms, living room with sofa, kitchen, household stuff, dining area with dining table, bathroom with a toilet, terrace or own garden each apartment is fully functional. WiFi is available in public areas free of charge. Check in after 15:00 h. If the apartment is available earlier you can enter earlier. Check out before 12:00 h. If the apartment is available you can leave later. We will gladly arrange transfer from the airport to the Apartment.
The self catering holiday apartments are located in a quiеt neighborhood of "Sunny Beach" within 7 min. walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes from the Bus stop HOTEL "RIU Helios Paradise", 800 m. Supermarket, 15 min. walking distance from the beach promenade and Party area with many restaurants. Built on a hill with panorama across the Nessebar Bay and the Balkan Mountains, the residence offers the amazing opportunity to enjoy the unique combination with proven healing virtues between fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze. Our seaside village will satisfy the wishes of all guests, looking for the proximity of nature, but not neglecting the attractions of the most dynamic resort in Bulgaria. Please, be informed that the street leading to our complex is rather in poor condition. I am happy to welcome you at NLV Apartments.
