Enjoy Melbourne townhouse living, with the perfect space for a family or friends to holiday together. Two spacious bedrooms, designer bathroom, separate living and dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bbq area and gorgeous courtyard. Plus the convenience of a study space, NBN Wifi and secure undercover parking for two cars.

Your Townhouse is perfectly located in the centre of Melbourne’s playground. Turn right and you are on Melbourne’s premier fashion and entertainment strip Chapel Street, take a left and your in the heart of Melbourne’s beachside playground. Albert Park Lake, the home of Melbourne’s Formula 1 Grand Prix is a 5 minute walk. 150 mtrs away is the tram which will have you to Crown Entertainment Complex in 15 minutes another 100 mtrs is Windsor train station that will see you in the CBD in just 4 stops.
