Please note that the Summer Splash Zone Operating Hours: 9am - 12pm & 1pm - 5pm and the Winter Splash Zone Operating Hours is: 10am - 12pm & 1pm - 4pm.

Please note that the property is a 3-storey building with no lift access. Each level is only accessed via stairs, which may be unsuitable for some guests.

Please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is offered for stays of 9 or more nights.

Please note that reception hours are as follows:

Sunday–Thursday from 07:00 until 19:00

Friday–Saturday from 07:00 until 21:00

Please note a 1.65% credit card surcharge applies to all transactions.
