There was no breakfast provided, but none expected. The cabin was comfortable, cozy, beautifully furnished - a perfect hill country rustic hideaway. I had never booked a residence-type stay before. The communication was very reassuring - confirmation, then as the trip approached, email message and texts anticipating our arrival with gate code and entry code and instructions. Checkout was same - and a receipt for my credit card charges - just as anticipated.

    Using a code instead of a key for the door was very convenient. The room itself was comfortable and very clean. Honestly, it was perfect. I especially loved the little rocking bench out front for some early morning writing/reading.

    This was by far the cleanest vacation home I have ever rented. It is decorated beautifully and had such a cozy feel. The temperature always felt perfect and the beds were so comfortable. And the bathroom soap smelled amazing! It was also very quiet, even though the owners were staying in the other part of the home. It was a great place to relax!

    Very clean and well appointed rooms, good quality bedding, nice and warm even though we had exceptionally cold weather during our stay. Kids loved the ping pong table, DirecTV and the jacuzzi. Very nice, relaxing setting, several close-by trails to explore. Within reasonable driving distance to attractions.
