All rooms at The Redcliff have Freeview TV, tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries and a hairdryer. Very good location, 5 minute walk from the train station, clean and safe place, delicious breakfast came with full of choices, beachfront, silent, the room has smart tv, comfy beds for family, fast wifi, large private bathroom. The room had everything we needed. Mini fridge, clean bedding, nice reading table with chairs, some delicious cookies, tea, coffee, etc. We stayed as a family (2 adults, 1 kid) and the place and service were beyond our expectation. Very clean facility, decent and friendly people, many thanks to lovely family business runners, Sue and John. The place is in a stone throw distance to the beach. You simply step out and find yourself at the beach. No traffic, no noise. We don't have a car, but I have seen people wlth cars so parking shouldn't be a hassle. We strongly recommend this place.

Breakfast was excellent and honestly why we chose Portman Lodge. My husband wanted to experience an English Breakfast. Neal was super helpful and friendly. The room was much nicer, comfortable and more modern than expected.

Trish and Mel were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was very good and prepared individually to each of our preferences. Add to this that Weymouth is a very nice little beach town on the beautiful Jurassic Coast. I hope to return and highly recommend staying at their lovely property.
