During my recent stay at this guest house in Dorset, I was enveloped in warmth from the moment I arrived. The host, a delightful and engaging individual, greeted me with a genuine smile, instantly making me feel at home. With its cosy decor, the guest house offered the perfect retreat after a day of travelling. The blend of comfort, friendly conversation, and beautiful surroundings made my stay pleasant, I'll stay again next time I visit.

Amazing friendly staff and management, lovely comfy Lulworth room for 2 nights , fantastic meal in restaurant 1st night from excellent menu. Was recommended to try the roast on Sunday so instead of leaving for home we stayed a little longer and can highly recommend the Sunday roast and the best cauliflower cheese can't wait to return 😋

In nearly 40 years we have travelled and stayed at over 100 Apartments/Hotels/B&Bs spanning 23 countries. It is in this context, that we would say that our experience at Little Robin Gate has been the best, and David (and Pumpkin) provided the perfect holiday base to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. The property was immaculate, from the beautifully kept gardens to our spotless room (Spa Room). David provided a warm welcome on arrival with Pumpkin the dog and was highly attentive at all times to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasurable. The room was well equipped with tea/coffee maker, complimentary biscuits (topped up every day), hair dryer etc. The spa room with a large spa bath was wonderfully relaxing at the end of the long day exploring Bournemouth and beyond. David has set a high bar for all B&Bs and we wish him and Pumpkin continued success!

The Lodge is in a beautiful area near Bournemouth. Behind the owners' house in the garden there is the wooden lodge. It contains a living-room with a furnished kitchen containing anything you need. There were healthy oats and milk and juice in the fridge for breakfast. Furthermore there is the bedroom and the bathroom. Everything was nicely decorated and clean of course, even outside the house. But what struck us most was Greg's reception. He explained everything to us in a friendly way. We would have liked to stay for another night, but it was already reserved. So whenever we come here again, we will stay with Greg and his family. Thank you for your hospitality!

The host Suzannah rang me just after my booking, and she was so lovely and we had a great chat. She wanted to make sure she could meet my expectations as best as she possibly could and answer any questions i may have had. This was a very kind personal touch and was warmly received.
