Clean, comfy, everything that is needed. Will return
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
I can appreciate the rating for this place, it is just exceptional.
It's got everything you need, quiet place, great location to Durbanville and realy nice and comfy. Thank You for hosting me.
Will be back.
The hostess, Dalene made me feel so comfortable. The Wild Fig is definitely a home away from home. The area is nice and quiet, the beds are comfy and the garden is beautiful. Would definitely recommend The Wild Fig over and over again.
Oh. My. Word. I chose this place because of it's excellent reviews...it did not disappoint! Friendly hosts, impeccably clean unit, amazing attention to detail....the bathroom even have these warming lights for cold winter days! It is completely private, quiet and peaceful, have everything you need when u bring only yourself, your clothes, and your food. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Thank you!!
We stayed in 'Misty'- a quaint rusty farm cottage amongst curious al pacas and sheep with a beautiful view over the valley. The decor in the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms is beautiful and modern with a comfy couch in the lounge. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need! The breakfast can be recommended. Our host Stefan was very helpful at all times! It is very good value for money.
The yochurt with fresh fruit and great quality coffee was a treat. The host was very helpful. Check-in and-out was very easy.
Every evening when we returned, our electric blankets were on already that made our beds and rooms cosy and warm. That was awesome! The location is quiet and very central to all areas of Cape Town
