Magnificent view on the bay from a quiet and cozy chalet. Leslie, the owner of the place, met me at the pier and helped to buy products for the whole period of stay. Ashley, her assistant, recommended a great shef JP for our upcoming sailing trip. The place has 6 dogs and 7 cats - all adopted from a street. Good place for animal lovers with an aura of kindness and love to the nature.

I cannot recommend this guesthouse more. Nora and her staff are super friendly; the guesthouse contacted us before our arrival to confirm when we were going to be there, and if we would need a transfer, and then when we were checking in, Nora provided all the information that we needed for our stay, including where to go, when is the best time to go, how to avoid tourist traps. She booked some places to visit and helped us find a car. We also enjoyed wonderful home-cooked dinners with local cuisine, which was a nice surprise after our stay in Mahe, where it was hard to find good quality food. The location is also great - a very quiet place, but just a couple of minutes walk from the dive center and from the beautiful beach. I happened to have forgotten my shoes when we checked out and only remembered when we made it to another island - LaDigue, and I was really upset because we were not planning on returning to Praslin. But when I called Nora, she made an effort to get to the boat the next day (which is 20 min drive from the guesthouse), and she sent me the shoes that I picked up at the boat station in LaDigue. This shows how Nora cares about her guests - she makes you feel very welcomed.

We had a great time here with amazing view and a big room! Connie was very nice and helpful. We had a car, so we didn't have any problem to go up, but we would recommend to rent a car if you choose this well-equipped apartman!

Pamela and Andre are super friendly and welcoming host, who will make an afford so you have the best holiday ever. You can rent a car. The view from the balcony is stunning. It's super safe and clean. The bed is comfy and your apartment gets cleaned every single day. We highly recommend staying at Exotic.

Near to a beautiful beach, this place is amazing. It has everything you need (they even provided beach towels and umbrellas) and it’s really close to s/markets , restaurants, bank etc . They would clean our room every day and the staff was really friendly!

The location was very good with proximity to Cote D'or beach, restaurants and grocery shops. The host - Dina - had been very kind and cooperative.
