Property was very new which was nice, facilities very clean and comfortable. It’s about 30 min walk from the bus station, however this was not an issue as there is a lovely riverside walk or you can hire bikes. Lovely sunset over the Mekong on your doorstep. Owners arranged bike hire and took me to the night bus, they were also very helpful with local knowledge.

The rooms are very clean and have both fans and air conditioning. Overall it is the best guesthouse in Kratié - it is close to the river and market but a little outside the main city area which means it is very peaceful and more full of local life.

Only a few minutes walk from the center and 15 minutes walk to the tourist restaurants along the Mekong. Friendly owner. He doesn't speak English but you can use Google translate to communicate. Although the host did not speak much English, he was incredibly helpful and arranged a really good tuktuk driver for me. You can rent a scooter here and they also let you use a bicycle for free. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the host helps arrange transport to the next destination at very reasonable prices.

Booking.com says there is no WiFi at this hotel. - Quiet air conditioning - Comfortable double bed 2 m long - Friendly - Helpful - They gave me an old bike for free for 2 days. - Restaurant with lots of locals But I didn't eat there. - Close to the river - The hotel had booked the dolphin tour and the minivan to the next town for me. The minivan picked me up at the hotel.
