Brunella was a wonderful host and was happy to meet our requests. Room was lovely - modern and spotless. It is a quiet location but with a Conad supermarket and cafes nearby. Good public transport (bus) to the Assisi train station.

    Everything about it! the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice and antique touches and furnishing. Really good local breakfast spread. The property is located in a beautiful and quiet location in the Umbrian countryside. Good jacuzzi bath and garden to relax. And to the most amazing and friendly host Cassandra, Grazie Mille! Highly recommended!

    Its location and style. A beautiful apartment close to all amenities in the old town. Guilio was a great host and was able to meet and greet and suggest restaurants nearby.

    A beautiful location just out of Spello with wonderful views out over the hills to Assisi. Cassandra was a great host who quickly responded to any questions prior to our arrival and offered many options for us during our stay. The room was immaculately presented with a very comfortable bed and breakfast was very good with lots of variety. It was good to be away from the hustle and bustle of being in town and to not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend this B&B.

    We enjoyed the quite location and nice apartment. It was perfect for good sleep after full day of traveling arround Umbria. Morning coffee on the terrace also very nice. Monica is a great host, very nice and very helpful. She answered to all our questions and provided a lot od usefull informations.

    The Host very kindly met us at the station and drove us to the apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated, in a gorgeous quiet little lane, tucked away, yet close to all amenities. We absolutely loved the apartment.

    This was an amazing apartment in perhaps the best, beautifully flowered street in Spello! Picture perfect location in this quiet, beautiful town. The apartment had everything you could need, was cool, quiet, with a comfortable bed, great coffee machine, good lighting and plenty of space. Food and drinks were a very short stroll away and free parking outside the walls was about a 5 minute walk away. Giulia was a great host, always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

    Charming room located in quieter area of Spello. Friendly host responded quickly to questions and met us to guide us through serpentine streets to A Due Passi. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and very quiet bedroom. The interior was a comfy blend of ancient brick and modern amenities. There is no microwave or Wi-Fi, but cell phone will work. Parking reasonably close. Recommended.
