Great shower in the brand new bathroom, stocked with shower gel, shampoo etc. Bed very comfortable and room very spacious. Paul and Felicity were the perfect Hosts, very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrive to our last night.. Barclay Court is a beautiful guest house in a good location Away from all the noise to give you a peaceful night but within easy walking distance of everything Torquay as to offer.. We stayed in room 5 which was a excellent size with a huge bathroom with a large bath and very good sized shower unit. The room was very clean had a TV, and coffee and tea making facilities which were refreshed every day. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Torquay.. Would highly recommend Barclay Court Guest House...

It was very clean and quiet. Great location to beach and town centre. Literally a 10 minute walk, and while homeward bound is a little up hill l, it’s not that bad. Also a great little pub across the road that does good meals. The ensuite room is on the 3rd floor, but not a big deal, unless you wanted to drag suitcases up. We just took up what we needed for the night. Bed was so fluffy and comfortable, we slept in. Both the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lovely couple that are doing a great job of hosting. Even though there is no fridge in room, they have one on the landing for guest use.
